REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE: FINAL SALE
Due to the digital nature of the Service (AI-based image processing and video generation) and the immediate costs associated with computing resources, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the processing request has been initiated by the User.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
* The Service provides digital content that is consumed immediately upon generation.
* The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
* Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if the generated result does not meet your subjective aesthetic expectations or preferences.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
Technical Failure: The Service failed to deliver the output video due to a technical error on our side (for example, server failure or processing error).
Double Charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment processing error.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds are not granted in the following situations:
* Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or quality of the AI-generated result;
* Uploading a low-quality, blurred, or inappropriate source image that led to poor output;
* Violation of the Terms of Service, including uploading prohibited or illegal content.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 14 days from the date of purchase.

* Proof of payment (receipt or transaction confirmation);

5. PROCESSING TIME
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the payment provider and bank processing times, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
